Not all roofs need to be replaced or restored, some roofs may just need some attention.  Leaks can come in all shapes, sizes, and locations.  Finding where the water is getting into the roof takes a specific skill set, modern techniques, and specialized knowledge.  It is important to have a state certified roofing contractor look at your roof and fix any leaks you may have and evaluate whether or not the roof should be replaced or restored.  Once we have located the problem area, we will notify the owner of what we found and what we believe is the best course of action.  Most often times the leak can be fixed and the rest of the roof left alone.  However, there are times when a roof has aged too much or has been damaged in excess and the existing roof needs to be replaced.  Keep in mind that if you have a leak or roof damage, that it needs to be taken care of as soon as possible as the problem WILL get worse.  Whatever the scenario, we have a waterproofing plan and system for you.
