Here at Arctic, we know that there are many questions that often require answers in regards to the products and services that we offer. Below is a list of frequently asked questions that we have received over the years that we believe are pertinent in helping you understand how we can help you achieve the results you are looking for.

Do you only provide your services to the Jacksonville, FL area?

No. Although we are based out of Jacksonville, Florida, we have completed projects as far North as Indiana and as far South as Ft. Myers, FL. Our metal, flat, and foam roofing systems have long term and money saving benefits in every climate.

Will the installation of your roofing systems require me to close my business until the project is completed?

No. Unlike expensive reroofs that require your existing roof to be torn off causing debris to fall around your property, our products are applied to the roof you currently have. This allows you to remain open and conduct business as usual.

How much experience do you have in the roofing industry?

Here at Arctic we have over 30 years of experience installing flat roofing systems, metal roof restorations, and foam roofing systems. We are very confident that through our experience, we are able to provide you with a quality product that will last for many years.

Do you have past clients that would be willing to talk wth me about the job that you did for them?

Absolutely! Just send us a request and we will provide you with a list of current and past clients.

Do you offer warranties with your work?

Yes, 10, 15, and 20 year labor and materials warranties can be issued depending on the type of roof that we install!
